80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is ruby red with intense aromas. On the mouth, the flavors of blackcurrant and roast coffee are pre-dominant developing hints of apricot and soft spices. The large proportion of Merlot, picked at the peak of ripeness and carefully fermented, gives balance, roundness and a velvety texture.
